Fresh Apple Cake

Recipe Ingredients

1 cup	237ml	Wesson oil
2 cups	396g / 13oz	Sugar
2		Eggs - beaten
2 teaspoons	10ml	Vanilla
3 cups	187g / 6.6oz	Flour
1 teaspoon	5ml	Soda
1 teaspoon	5ml	Cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon	2.5ml	Salt
3 cups	279g / 9.8oz	Apple - peeled, minced
1 cup	146g / 5.1oz	Nuts - chopped

Recipe Instructions

Mix first four ingredients.

Sift dry ingredients together and add.

Add nuts and apples.

Bake in bundt pan or one pound coffee cans at 350F approximately one hour.

Frost if desired.
