1 cup | 237ml | Wesson oil |
2 cups | 396g / 13oz | Sugar |
2 | Eggs - beaten | |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Vanilla |
3 cups | 187g / 6.6oz | Flour |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Soda |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Cinnamon |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
3 cups | 279g / 9.8oz | Apple - peeled, minced |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Nuts - chopped |
Mix first four ingredients.
Sift dry ingredients together and add.
Add nuts and apples.
Bake in bundt pan or one pound coffee cans at 350F approximately one hour.
Frost if desired.
