2 cups | 125g / 4.4oz | Flour - all purpose |
1 cup | 198g / 7oz | Sugar |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Cocoa - unsweetened |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Baking soda |
3/4 cup | 177ml | Milk |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Banana - mashed ripe |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Lemon juice |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Vanilla |
3/4 cup | 82g / 2.9oz | Chocolate chips - semisweet |
Fat grams per serving: Approx. Cook Time: :15 Preheat oven to 350F. Mix together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt.
Make well in center of ingredients. Add milk, banana, butter, lemon juice and vanilla.
Beat with fork until well blended, about 2 minutes. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour into greased 9" square cake pan.
Bake in 350F oven for 45-50 minutes or until done.
Cool completely.
To serve, sprinkle with icing sugar.
