Diabetic Apple Cake Recipe - Cooking Index
2 1/2 cups | 156g / 5.5oz | Flour |
3 teaspoons | 15ml | Soda |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Cinnamon |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Nutmeg |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
1 cup | 198g / 7oz | Butter |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Vanilla |
2 | Eggs | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Liquid sugar sub. |
4 cups | 948ml | Grated apple |
1 cup | 237ml | Walnuts |
Mix dry ingredients; add butter, eggs, sugar substitute, and blend well.
Stir in grated apples and nuts.
Bake in well-greased 9 x 13 pan at 375F for 40-50 minutes.
