1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Butter or margarine |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Confectioners sugar |
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Flour |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Pecans - chopped |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Vanilla |
Cream together the butter and sugar until light. Add flour, pecans and vanilla. Roll dough into 1 inch balls. Place on greased baking sheet and flatten slightly. Bake at 300F for 25 to 30 minutes to only a light color. Roll in additional confectioners sugar while warm. Let cool, roll again in confectioners sugar.
