1 cup | 198g / 7oz | Sugar |
5 | Eggs | |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Vanilla |
Filling | ||
1 cup | 237ml | Sour cream |
1/4 cup | 49g / 1.7oz | Sugar |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Vanilla |
Beat together and pour into 24 paper-lined muffin cups.
Bake at 300F for 40 minutes.
Remove and let stand until a little well forms in the center. Fill the well with filling.
Bake an additional 5 minutes.
Remove from oven and cool.
