Mexican Seasoning Mix Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Minced dried onion |
2/3 cup | 41g / 1.4oz | Beef bouillon |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Chile powder |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Cumin |
4 teaspoons | 20ml | Ground peppers |
4 teaspoons | 20ml | Oregano |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Garlic powder |
Mix well. Use 3 tablespoons of the seasoning mix and 1/2 cup water for each pound of meat used.
