Chocolate Nut Torte

Recipe Ingredients

6		Eggs - separated
1 1/2 cups	297g / 10oz	Sugar
1 cup	146g / 5.1oz	Nuts - chopped
4 oz	113g	Bittersweet chocolate - grated
2		Apples - peeled and grated
1/2 cup	118ml	Matzo meal

Recipe Instructions

Beat yolks and sugar until light. Add nuts, chocolate, apples and matza meal.

Beat whites until stiff and fold in. Pour into 9" spring form pan.

Bake about 40 minutes at 350F.
