Chocolate Chip Bundt Cake Recipe - Cooking Index
2 cups | 125g / 4.4oz | Flour |
1 cup | 160g / 5.6oz | Brown sugar |
1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Sugar |
3 teaspoons | 15ml | Baking powder |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Baking soda |
1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Shortening |
1 1/4 cups | 296ml | Milk |
3 | Eggs | |
1/2 cup | 55g / 1.9oz | Chocolate chips |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Vanilla |
1/2 cup | 55g / 1.9oz | Chocolate chips |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Butter |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Light corn syrup |
Preheat oven to 350F. Grease and flour a bundt pan.
Measure all ingredients except last three, in large bowl. Blend 1/2 minute on low speed, scraping constantly.
Beat 3 minutes on high speed, scraping occasionally. Pour into pans.
Bake 40-45 minutes or clean pick.. Cool, spread with glaze, made out of remaining ingredients.
Heat ingredients over low heat, stirring constantly until chocolate is melted.
Slightly cool and spread on cake. VERY RICH!
