Chocolate Butter Frosting Recipe - Cooking Index
1/3 cup | 65g / 2.3oz | Butter or margarine |
2 cups | 396g / 13oz | Powdered sugar - sifted |
1/2 cup | 55g / 1.9oz | Unsweetened cocoa powder |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Milk |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Vanilla |
In a mixing bowl beat butter with electric mixer on medium speed until fluffy.
Slowly add powdered sugar and cocoa powder.
Beat in milk and vanilla.
Beat in more milk and sifted powdered sugar, to make frosting spreadable.
