Mexican Quiche - 1 Recipe - Cooking Index
4 oz | 113g | Chopped green chiles |
2 cups | 474ml | Light cream |
6 | Cooked crumbled bacon | |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Shredded Swiss cheese |
Cayenne pepper | ||
5 | Eggs | |
4 | Taco shells |
Put cheese into shells. Mix bacon with drained chiles and put into shells. Beat eggs, cream and salt. Pour into shells. Sprinkle cayenne over top. Bake at 350F for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool 5 minutes.
