| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Yellow raisins |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Cognac |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Cream cheese - (or cottage) |
| 1/4 cup | 49g / 1.7oz | Sugar |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Flour |
| 1 | Egg yolk | |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Melted butter |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Sour cream |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Lemon rind - grated |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Vanilla |
Mix raisins with cognac.
Cream together cheese, sugar, and flour.
Stir in egg yolk, then melted butter, sour cream, lemon rind, and vanilla.
Add cognac-soaked raisins.
