Caramel Icing Recipe - Cooking Index
2 cups | 320g / 11oz | Brown sugar |
1 cup | 198g / 7oz | White sugar |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | White syrup |
1 cup | 237ml | Cream |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Vanilla |
Cook together all ingredients except vanilla until mixture forms soft ball when dropped into cold water.
Add vanilla and stir until desired consistency to spread.
