Cajun Cake Recipe - Cooking Index
| 2 cups | 125g / 4.4oz | All-purpose flour |
| 1 1/2 cups | 297g / 10oz | Sugar |
| 1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Soda |
| 1 | Salt | |
| 2 | Eggs | |
| 1 | Crushed pineapple | |
| Icing | ||
| 1 cup | 198g / 7oz | Sugar |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Pecans |
| 1 | Margarine | |
| 1 cup | 93g / 3.3oz | Coconut |
| 1 | Pet milk |
Mix the cake ingredients together and bake in a 9x13 inch pan.
Icing: Combine sugar, margarine and Pet milk. Boil for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in pecans and coconut. Pour over cake.
