1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Pretzel crumbs |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Chopped onion |
1 | Green chiles - deseeded and chopped | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Chorizo sausage - chopped |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Chile seasoning |
2 | Garlic - crushed | |
8 oz | 227g | Monterey Jack cheese |
2 | Green peppers |
Preheat oven to 375F. Combine all ingredients, except cheese and the 2 green peppers, in a medium bowl until well blended. Make 10 meatballs with a 1 inch cube of Jack cheese in the center of each. Cut peppers into quarters and remove seeds. Place meatballs into the center of each pepper and bake 20-30 minutes.
