Butter Pecan Banana Cake Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 cup | 118ml | Bananas - mashed |
1 | Yellow cake mix | |
1 | Butter pecan flavored instant pudding (4 serving size) | |
4 | Eggs - slightly beaten | |
1 cup | 237ml | Water |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Vegetable oil |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Pecans - chopped finely |
Combine all ingredients in large mixer bowl. Blend on low speed until all ingredients are just combined.
Then beat on medium speed for four minutes. Pour into greased and floured 10" tube pan.
Bake at 350F for 50 minutes or until cake tester inserted into center comes out clean and cake begins to pull away from sides of the pan. Cool in pan 15 minutes.
Remove and glaze with a thin confectioners sugar icing if desired.
