Butter Cream Frosting Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Butter - room temperature |
16 oz | 454g | Confectioners sugar |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Milk |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Vanilla extract |
Beat all ingredients in mixer bowl until smooth. Use within 30 minutes of making.
If crust starts to form, beat again until smooth.
Makes 2 1/2 cups frosting.
