Brownie Sheet Cake Icing Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Margarine |
3 1/2 tablespoons | 52ml | Cocoa |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Milk |
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Powdered sugar |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Nuts |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Vanilla |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Butter flavoring - (optional) |
Bring margarine, cocoa and milk to a boil. Be careful not to scorch.
Remove from heat and add sugar nuts vanilla and butter flavoring.
Spread gently over cake as soon as it is removed from the oven.
