Black Forest Cheesecake Delight Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Chocolate wafer crumbs |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Margarine - melted |
16 oz | 454g | Cream cheese softened |
2/3 cup | 131g / 4.6oz | Sugar |
2 cups | 396g / 13oz | Eggs (large) |
6 oz | 170g | Semi-sweet chocolate chips * |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Almond extract |
21 oz | 596g | Cherry pie filling - (1 can) |
Frozen whipped topping - thawed |
* Chocolate Chips should be melted.
Combine crumbs and margarine, press onto bottom of 9-inch Springform pan.
Bake at 350F for 10 minutes.
Combine cream cheese and sugar, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Blend in chocolate and extract; pour over crust.
Bake at 350F for 45 minutes. Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before removing rim of pan. Chill. Top cheesecake with pie filling and whipped topping just before serving.
