2 oz | 56g | Unsweetened chocolate |
1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Sugar |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Milk |
1 cup | 198g / 7oz | Sugar |
1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Butter |
1 cup | 237ml | Milk |
2 | Eggs | |
2 cups | 125g / 4.4oz | Flour - sifted |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Soda |
Boil first 3 ingredients until thick; set aside to cool.
Mix together remaining ingredients. Add cooled chocolate; beat with electric mixer 2 minutes on medium speed.
Bake in 9 x 13" pan 25 minutes at 350F.
