| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Honey |
| 1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Butter |
| 3 oz | 85g | Raisins |
| 2 oz | 56g | Cherries |
| 4 | Eggs | |
| 1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Sugar |
| 1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Flour |
| 3/4 fl oz | 21ml | Milk |
| 1/2 tablespoon | 7.5ml | Lime juice |
| 1 oz | 28g | Mixed nuts |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Vanilla |
| 1/2 cup | 46g / 1.6oz | Grated coconut |
Cream bananas and sugar, add eggs beaten well. Add milk, vanilla, lime juice, and flour. Mix well. Add raisins, cherries, and nuts, blend slightly. Turn out mixture in 9 inch baking dish.
Bake at 400F for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Allow to cool. Cover top with whipped cream and coconut. Decorate with six carambola slices.
