Mexican Guacamole Recipe - Cooking Index
3 | Ripe avocados - (1 1/2 lbs.) | |
1 | Vine ripe tomato - diced | |
1/2 | Onion - minced (small) | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Fresh coriander - chopped |
1 1/2 tablespoons | 22ml | Fresh lemon juice |
1 | Garlic - minced and mashed to paste with 1/2 | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
Halve Avocados and scoop out flesh into a bowl. Add remaining ingredients and stir till well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Try this dip with Homemade Tortillas or homemade tortilla chips.
