Banana Nut Cake Recipe - Cooking Index
| 3 | Bananas - mashed | |
| 1 1/2 cups | 297g / 10oz | Sugar |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Oil |
| 1 | Egg | |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Milk |
| 1 1/2 cups | 93g / 3.3oz | Flour |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Baking soda |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Walnuts (optional) |
Mix together in order given. Pour into lightly greased and floured oblong or small loaf pans. Bake at 350F for 30 to 35 minutes.
