1 1/4 cups | 296ml | Salad oil |
1 packet | Applesauce baby food | |
1 packet | Apricot baby food | |
1 packet | Carrot baby food | |
2 cups | 125g / 4.4oz | Flour |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Cinnamon |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Baking soda |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Pecans - chopped |
Frosting | ||
1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Margarine |
1 packet | Cream cheese | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Powdered sugar |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Vanilla |
Combine eggs, sugar and salad oil. Add baby food. Sift flour, cinnamon and baking soda and add to baby food mixture. Mix in pecans. Bake in 9x13x2 inch baking pan at 350F for 35 minutes.
For frosting, combine margarine, cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla. Frost cake when cool.
