Aunty Fay's Coffee Cake

Recipe Ingredients

3 cups	711ml	Bisquick
1 1/2 cups	297g / 10oz	Sugar
3		Eggs
1 1/8 cups	266ml	Cream - * see note
3/4 cup	177ml	Wesson oil
		Topping
1/2 cup	118ml	Walnuts
1/2 cup	99g / 3.5oz	Sugar
1 tablespoon	15ml	Cinnamon - up to 2

Recipe Instructions

Preheat oven 350F. Grease and flour 13x8 inch pan. Mix all ingredients together. Pour into pan. Mix topping ingredients together. Sprinkle topping over the top. Bake about 25-30 minutes until toothpick inserted comes out clean.

NOTES: evaporated or half n half okay
