| 3 cups | 711ml | Bisquick | 
| 1 1/2 cups | 297g / 10oz | Sugar | 
| 3 | Eggs | |
| 1 1/8 cups | 266ml | Cream - * see note | 
| 3/4 cup | 177ml | Wesson oil | 
| Topping | ||
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Walnuts | 
| 1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Sugar | 
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Cinnamon - up to 2 | 
Preheat oven 350F. Grease and flour 13x8 inch pan. Mix all ingredients together. Pour into pan. Mix topping ingredients together. Sprinkle topping over the top. Bake about 25-30 minutes until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
NOTES: evaporated or half n half okay
