1 2/3 cups | 243g / 8.6oz | Graham cracker crumbs |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Cinnamon |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Sugar |
6 tablespoons | 90ml | Butter - melted |
Filling | ||
1 cup | 198g / 7oz | Sugar |
3 | Eggs - beaten well | |
24 oz | 681g | Cream cheese - softened |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Vanilla |
Topping | ||
1 | Sour cream | |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Sugar |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Vanilla |
Combine crust ingredients and pat into bottom and sides of pan. Beat cream cheese thoroughly; add sugar gradually; add eggs in thirds; add vanilla; pour into prepared pan.
Bake at 375F for 25 minutes; remove from oven and add topping. To prepare topping, whip sour cream; add sugar and vanilla, and pour over cake. continue baking at 500 for 5 minutes. Important chill at least 24 hours.
