Apple Cake With Icing

Recipe Ingredients

3 teaspoons	15ml	Eggs (large)
1 1/2 cups	355ml	Oil
2 cups	396g / 13oz	Sugar
3 cups	187g / 6.6oz	Flour
1 teaspoon	5ml	Soda
1 teaspoon	5ml	Salt
2 teaspoons	10ml	Vanilla
1 cup	237ml	Pecans
3 cups	438g / 15oz	Cored - peeled, diced apples
4 oz	113g	Margarine - (1 cube)
1 cup	160g / 5.6oz	Packed brown sugar
1/4 cup	59ml	Milk

Recipe Instructions

Mix all cake ingredients together and pour into 9 x 13-inch oblong pan.  Bake at 350F for 45 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean when inserted in center of cake.  Cook icing ingredients in small saucepan 2 1/2 minutes and pour over warm cake.
