Aloha Cheesecake Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Vanilla wafer crumbs | 
| 1/4 cup | 49g / 1.7oz | Margarine - melted | 
| 16 oz | 454g | Cream cheese - softened | 
| 1/3 cup | 65g / 2.3oz | Sugar | 
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Milk | 
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Eggs (large) | 
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Macadamia nuts - toasted | 
| 8 1/2 oz | 241g | Crushed pineapple - drained | 
| 1 | Kiwi peeled - sliced | 
Combine crumbs and margarine; press onto bottom of 9-inch Springform pan.
Bake at 350F for 10 minutes. Combine cream cheese, sugar and milk, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in nuts; pour over crust.
Bake at 350F for 45 minutes. Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before removing rim of pan. Chill. Before serving, top with fruit.
