7-Up Cake Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 1/2 cups | 93g / 3.3oz | Butter | 
| 3 cups | 594g / 20oz | Sugar | 
| 5 | Eggs | |
| 3 cups | 187g / 6.6oz | Flour | 
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Lemon extract | 
| 3/4 | 7-Up | 
Cream butter and sugar together 20 minutes, or until a smooth blend is achieved. Add eggs, one at a time. Add flour and lemon extract. Fold in 7-Up. Pour into well greased 12 cup Bundt pan. Bake at 325F for 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
