7-Up Bundt Cake Recipe - Cooking Index
1 1/2 cups | 297g / 10oz | Margarine |
3 cups | 187g / 6.6oz | Flour |
3 cups | 594g / 20oz | Sugar |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Realemon |
5 | Eggs | |
3/4 cup | 177ml | 7-Up |
Cream sugar and margarine and beat until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, and beat well. Add flour. Beat in Realemon and 7-Up. Do not use diet 7-Up. Pour batter into well greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake at 325F for 1 1/4 hours.
