Tartar Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 237ml | Mayonnaise |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Gherkins - chopped |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Capers - chopped |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Parsley - chopped |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Stuffed olives - chopped |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Shallots - chopped |
1. Mix all ingredients well; chill.
2. Serve with fried shrimp or fish.
