Shrimp Boulettes

Recipe Ingredients

1 lb 454g / 16ozCooked - peeled shrimp
1   Green pepper
2   Eggs
1 tablespoon 15mlWorcestershire sauce
  Garlic powder
1   Onion (medium)
1 cup 146g / 5.1ozSeasoned bread crumbs
  Ground red pepper
  Salt

Recipe Instructions

Grind shrimp, onion, and green pepper.

Mix well with eggs, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt and red pepper.

Shape into balls, roll in flour, and deep fry.

Serve hot.

This also makes a good stuffing for green peppers.
