1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Cooked - peeled shrimp |
1 | Green pepper | |
2 | Eggs | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Worcestershire sauce |
Garlic powder | ||
1 | Onion (medium) | |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Seasoned bread crumbs |
Ground red pepper | ||
Salt |
Grind shrimp, onion, and green pepper.
Mix well with eggs, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt and red pepper.
Shape into balls, roll in flour, and deep fry.
Serve hot.
This also makes a good stuffing for green peppers.
