Mexican Beef Dip Recipe - Cooking Index
| 2 1/2 lbs | 1135g / 40oz | Ground beef | 
| 1 | Onion - chopped | |
| 8 oz | 227g | Mozzarella cheese - shredded | 
| 8 oz | 227g | Cheddar cheese - shredded | 
| 1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Velveeta cheese - chunked | 
| 1 | Taco seasonings | |
| 1 | Picante sauce | |
| Garlic salt to taste | 
Brown ground beef and drain off fat. Mix beef with taco seasoning.
Combine all ingredients into a casserole dish.
Bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
Serve with nacho chips.
