3/4 cup | 177ml | Salad dressing - Italian |
1/2 cup | 55g / 1.9oz | Celery - sliced |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Green pepper - chopped |
1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Onion - chopped |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Thyme |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Pepper - red, ground |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
1 | Garlic clove - minced | |
2 cups | 320g / 11oz | Rice - cooked |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Ham - cubed |
6 oz | 170g | Shrimp - tiny, cooked |
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Tomato - chopped |
6 | Bacon slices - crumbled |
Combine first eight ingredients. Add remaining ingredients except bacon.
Chill and add bacon just before serving.
