Dehydrator Barbecue Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Onions - dehydrated |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Ketchup |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Sweet peppers - dehydrated |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Louisiana hot sauce |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Parsley - dried |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Salt |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Honey |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Mint - dried |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Lemon juice |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Dry white wine |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Worcestershire sauce |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Vinegar |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Liquid smoke |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Water |
Put all the dried ingredients in a pot and add water. Let it set a little while.
Add the wine and the rest of the ingredients. Cover and cook for several hours.
