Creole Seasoning - 3 Recipe - Cooking Index
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Oregano |
1/8 cup | 29ml | Salt |
5 | Garlic - (see note) | |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Fresh ground black pepper |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Cayenne pepper |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Thyme |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Paprika |
Combine all the ingredients and stir to mix thoroughly. Pour into a large glass jar.
