Creole Seafood Seasoning Recipe - Cooking Index
1/3 cup | 78ml | Salt |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Paprika |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Black pepper |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Garlic powder |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Onion powder |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Cayenne pepper |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Oregano |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Thyme |
1. Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly.
2. Pour into large glass jar and seal tightly. Keeps indefinitely.
NOTE: If black pepper is not to your taste, reduce amount to half.
