Creole Sauce - 2 Recipe - Cooking Index
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Can tomatoes |
1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Chopped onion |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Sugar |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Crushed dried sweet basil |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Flour |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Water |
Combine tomatoes, onion, salt, sugar and basil in a skillet.
Simmer 10 minutes.
Combine flour and water; add to skillet and cook until mixture thickens.
