Crawfish Chili

Recipe Ingredients

2 lbs 908g / 32ozLean ground beef
3 tablespoons 45mlChili powder
2 lbs 908g / 32ozCrawfish tails
1   Tomato sauce
1 teaspoon 5mlGarlic - chopped fine
1 cup 237mlDry white wine
2 teaspoons 10mlSalt
  Water
1 tablespoon 15mlSoy sauce
1 teaspoon 5mlLemon or lime juice
1 teaspoon 5mlCayenne pepper
1 cup 62g / 2.2ozChopped onions
1 teaspoon 5mlDried mint
  Bacon drippings
1 tablespoon 15mlDried parsley

Recipe Instructions

Brown meat in bacon drippings.

Combine all other ingredients with meat and bring to a boil.

Simmer for a few hours.
