Crawfish Au Gratin Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Green onions - chopped |
3 | Celery ribs - chopped | |
1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Butter |
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Flour |
1 | Evaporated milk | |
1 | Evaporated milk | |
2 lbs | 908g / 32oz | Crawfish tails |
2 | Egg yolks | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Sherry |
Salt and pepper - to taste | ||
10 oz | 284g | Yellow cheese - grated |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Parmesan cheese |
Saute onions and celery in butter until soft. Add flour and blend. Add milk. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients except cheese.
Pour into casserole dish. Top with yellow cheese and sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top. Bake at 350F for 15 minutes or until done.
