Catfish Balls Recipe - Cooking Index
| 2 cups | 474ml | Flaked catfish |
| 2 cups | 474ml | Mashed potatoes |
| 1 | Egg | |
| Salt and pepper to taste | ||
| Deep-fat frying oil |
Bake or steam catfish. Best way is with a pressure cooker.
Remove fish from bones and flake.
Blend flaked fish, mashed potatoes, egg, salt and pepper to taste.
Shape into balls and fry until golden brown.
