Cajun Shrimp And Corn Bisque Recipe - Cooking Index
4 cups | 948ml | Fat-free milk |
2 cups | 292g / 10oz | Diced baking potatoes - peeled |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Cajun seasoning - (Prudhomme's Seafood Magic) |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Pepper |
2 | No salt cream-style corn - (14 3/4 oz) | |
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Large shrimp - peeled and deveined |
Combine the first five ingredients in a Dutch oven, and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, and simmer the milk mixture for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in the corn, and bring to a boil.
Add the shrimp, and cook for 2 minutes or until shrimp are done.
