1 cup | 237ml | Pineapple preserves |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Prepared horseradish |
1 cup | 237ml | Apple jelly |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Dry mustard |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Fresh ground black pepper |
Process the ingredients in a food processor or a blender until smooth.
Spoon into a jar and store in the refrigerator until needed.
Stores for 14-16 days.
Makes 2 1/2 cups.
