1 cup | 328g / 11oz | Cane syrup |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Ground cinnamon |
1 cup | 237ml | Creole mustard |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Ground cloves |
1/2 cup | 80g / 2.8oz | Brown sugar |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Ground nutmeg |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Cracked black pepper |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Ground file - (sassafras leaves - optional) |
