| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Green pepper - chopped (large) | 
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Onion - chopped (large) | 
| 6 | Green onions - thinly sliced | |
| 6 | Garlic - minced | |
| 1 | Egg | |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Worcestershire sauce | 
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Soy sauce | 
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Dry bread crumbs | 
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Cream cheese - softened | 
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Cornstarch | 
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Seasoned salt | 
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt | 
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Pepper | 
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Dried thyme | 
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Ground mustard | 
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Hot pepper sauce | 
| 2 lbs | 908g / 32oz | Ground beef | 
| 8 | Hamburger buns - split | 
In a bowl, combine the first 16 ingredients.
Add beef and mix well.
Shape into eight patties.
Pan-fry, grill or broil until no longer pink.
Serve on buns.
