Cajun Barbeque Butter Recipe - Cooking Index
1 1/2 lbs | 681g / 24oz | Unsalted butter - softened |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Cayenne |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Black pepper |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Salt |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Crushed red pepper |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Dried thyme |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Dried basil |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dried oregano |
1 1/2 oz | 42g | Fresh garlic - minced |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Worcestershire sauce |
NOTE: Use "Cajun Barbeque Butter" to make "Cajun Barbeque Shrimp." See recipe in this cookbook.
Whip butter until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and blend completely.
Put into a storage container and chill until needed.
