Butterscotch Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
3/4 cup | 120g / 4.2oz | Brown sugar - light |
1/4 cup | 82g / 2.9oz | Corn syrup - light |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Butter or margarine |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Half-and-half |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Vanilla |
1. Combine brown sugar, corn syrup and butter in saucepan.
2. Bring to a boil over low heat, stirring constantly.
3. Remove from heat and stir in half-and-half and vanilla.
4. Serve warm.
