Bourbon Chicken - 2 Recipe - Cooking Index

1 1/2 lbs | 681g / 24oz | Boneless chicken breast |
Glaze | ||
1 cup | 237ml | Jim Beam bourbon whiskey |
1/2 cup | 80g / 2.8oz | Dark brown sugar |
1 cup | 237ml | Ketchup |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Worcestershire sauce |
1/4 cup | 59ml | White vinegar |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Fresh lemon juice |
3 | Garlic - minced | |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Dry mustard |
Salt and pepper to taste |
Combine Bourbon, sugar, ketchup, sauce, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper and brush chicken with thin coating of glaze and place on grill.
Continue to baste while turning chicken.
