2 cups | 474ml | Corkscrew macaroni - uncooked |
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Ground beef |
1 | Cream of mushroom soup - (10 3/4 oz) | |
1 | Whole tomatoes - cut up (14 1/2 oz. ) | |
3/4 cup | 109g / 3.8oz | Shredded cheddar cheese |
1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Chopped green pepper |
3/4 teaspoon | 3.8ml | Seasoned salt |
1 | French fried onions - (3 oz) |
Cook macaroni as directed on package; drain. Brown ground beef; drain fat.
Combine all ingredients except French fried onions. Pour half the mixture into a greased 2 quart casserole.
Top with 1/2 can of onions. Pour remaining macaroni mixture over onions.
Cover and bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
Uncover, top with remaining onions and bake 5 minutes longer.
