Spanish Beef Roast

Recipe Ingredients

4 lbs	1816g / 64oz	Rolled beef roast
1		Whole tomatoes
1		Spanish olives w/juice
1/2 cup	118ml	Water

Recipe Instructions

Brown the roast in a large pot. Add all ingredients.

Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer until meat falls apart.
