Rotelle With Ground Beef And Mushroom Sauce

Recipe Ingredients

1 tablespoon 15mlOlive oil
1/2 cup 31g / 1.1ozMinced onion
3/4 lb 340g / 11ozLean ground beef
1/2   Green pepper - thinly sliced
1   Zucchini - cut into (small) 1/4-inch-thick half moons
1/2 lb 227g / 8ozMushrooms - sliced
14 oz 397gMarinara sauce - jar
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlSalt
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlFreshly ground pepper
1 lb 454g / 16ozRotelle - (corkscrews), cooked according to package directions

Recipe Instructions

1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and cook 3 minutes. Add beef and cook until no longer pink, 3 minutes. Add green pepper, zucchini and mushrooms; cook 4 minutes. Add marinara sauce; bring to boil. Stir in salt and pepper.

2. Toss sauce with hot pasta in serving bowl.
